摘要
枯草芽孢杆菌是一种可产生抗逆内生孢子的杆状细菌,在自然界广泛存在。它可改善动物肠道菌群、提高消化酶活性,被越来越多地研制成饲用微生态制剂。枯草芽孢杆菌是应用最广泛的产酶微生物,其可以用于生产淀粉酶、蛋白酶、葡聚糖酶、5’-核苷酸酶、碱性磷酸酶等。枯草芽孢杆菌的培养有固体培养和液体深层培养等方式,各具特点。目前生物发酵生产的主要方式是机械化程度较高的液体深层发酵培养。对枯草芽孢杆菌液态培养的过程进行了跟踪研究。
Bacillus subtilis is a kind of rod-shaped bacteria that can produce endospores resistant to natural diseases.It can improve the intestinal flora of animals and increase the activity of digestive enzymes.Bacillus subtilis is the most widely used enzyme producing microorganism,it can be used to produce amylase,protease,glucanase,5’-nucleotide enzyme,alkaline phosphatase,etc.The culture of bacillus subtilis can be divided into solid culture and submerged culture.At present,the main method of biological fermentation is submerged culture with high degree of mechanization.In this paper,the liquid culture of bacillus subtilis was studied.
