摘要
建立了石淋通片的质量控制方法。采用UV法测定石淋通片的总黄酮含量,HPLC法测定石淋通片中夏佛塔苷、异夏佛塔苷和异牡荆素的含量。色谱柱为Eclipse XDB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),用甲醇-2.5 mmol/L醋酸铵溶液作为流动相,梯度洗脱,检测波长为340 nm;流速为1 mL/min。经验证,石淋通片的总黄酮含量在6.989~7.261 mg/g;夏佛塔苷、异夏佛塔苷和异牡荆素的线性关系良好,易于操作,仪器的精密度、样品的稳定性和重现性良好,平均加样回收率均在95%~105%之间。石淋通片中夏佛塔苷的最低含量为1.95 mg/g,异夏佛塔苷最低含量为0.80 mg/g,异牡荆素的最低含量为0.21 mg/g。该方法准确可靠,重复性好,可用于石淋通片的质量标准研究。
The quality control method of Shilintong tablet was established.UV method was used to determine the total flavonoids content of Shilintong tablet.The contents of schaftoside,isophtalin and isovitexin in Shilintong tablet were simultaneously determined by HPLC with the Eclipse XDB-C18 column(250 mmx 4.6 mm,5 p m)using methanol-2.5 mmol/L ammonium acetate as mobile phase at the rate of 1 mL/min under the detection wavelength of340 nm.After methodological verification,the total flavonoids content of Shilintong tablet was 25.78-26.56 mg/g,the calibration curves were linear for schaftoside,isophtalin and isovitexin.The precision of the instrument,the stability and reproducibility of the sample were good.The average recovery was 95%-105%.The minimum contents of schaftoside,isophtalin and isovitexin in Shilitong tablet were 1.95 mg/g,0.80 mg/g and 0.21 mg/g,respectively.The method is accurate and has good repeatability.It can be used to research the quality standard of Shilintong tablet.
