煤气化高浓度含酚废水连续萃取工艺研究 被引量:2

摘要 煤气化含酚废水存在处理成本高、水量大、处理工艺不稳定、难以回收等问题,为了实现煤气化高浓度含酚废水中酚类物质的回收,采用离心萃取机对煤气化高浓度含酚废水进行了连续萃取工艺研究,通过探索不同萃取剂、萃取级数、萃取温度、萃取剂与废水质量比对煤气化高浓度含酚废水萃取和脱酚效率的影响,得到了连续萃取的最佳工艺条件,最佳萃取工艺条件为:选择磷酸三丁酯作为萃取剂、萃取级数4级、萃取温度65℃、萃取剂与废水质量比为1.2∶1,离心萃取机转速3200 r/min,萃取p H=8,实现了煤气化高浓度含酚废水在离心萃取机的连续萃取,脱酚萃取率99.8%,煤气化废水中的酚类浓度由3175.2 mg/L降低至10.7 mg/L,结果表明,离心萃取机可以应用于煤气化高浓度含酚废水资源回收的萃取中,萃取效率高于传统间歇萃取。 There are many problems in the treatment of coal gasification phenol-containing wastewater,such as high treatment cost,large water volume,and unstable treatment process and so on.In order to realize the recycling of phenolics in high concentration phenol wastewater from coal gasification,continuous extraction of coal gasification high concentration phenol wastewater by using centrifugal extractor was studied.The effect of extraction solvent,extraction series,extraction temperature,quality ratio of extraction agent to the wastewater on the extraction and dephenolization efficiencies was investigated,and the optimum process conditions of continuous extraction were obtained as follows:using choosetributyl phosphate as extractant,the extracting series 4,the temperature 65℃,the quality ratio of the extracting agent to the wastewater 1.2∶1,the centrifugal extractor rotating speed 3200 r/min,pH=8.Under above conditions,continuous extraction of the coal gasification high concentration phenol wastewater by centrifugal extractor was realized,the phenol extraction rate was 99.8%,the phenol concentration of coal gasification wastewater decreased from 3175.2 mg/L to 10.7 mg/L.The results showed that the centrifugal extractor could be used in the treatment of coal gasification phenol-containing wastewater;the extraction efficiency was higher than traditional intermittent extraction.
