基于虚实结合的海洋油气工程仿真平台建设与实践 被引量:9

摘要 海洋油气工业在我国能源安全中的地位日趋重要,海洋油气生产中的操作复杂、高温、高压、高风险等特点,使得海洋油气工程专业实践教学无法有效贴近生产现场,而简单室内实验环节亦难以完成系统完善的技能培训。为此基于虚实结合方法,开发海洋油气工程仿真平台,该平台将虚拟仿真软件和虚拟仿真操作平台相融合,使学生熟练掌握油气开采、油气处理系统等模块的结构、原理、工艺流程及常规操作等实训环节。在真实海上平台上难以开展的实践教学活动,通过虚实结合仿真平台教学方式成功实现,完成了学生对海洋油气工程工艺环节的有效认知、实践与掌握。 The offshore oil and gas industry plays an important role in China’s energy security. The offshore oil and gas production has the characteristics of complex operation, high temperature, high pressure and high risk. A systematic technical training for offshore oil and gas engineering students is unable to complete through traditional experimental teaching. It is forbidden to keep close to the production sites without a training and permission. Thereby, a simulation platform for offshore oil and gas engineering was developed based on "virtual reality combination" method. Simulation software and simulation operation platform were combined. Through the platform, the students could master the structure, principle, process flow and normal operation during oil and gas drilling and production. The practical teaching activities, which were difficult to complete on the real offshore platform before, could be realized through the "virtual reality combination" teaching method. Effective cognition to the offshore oil and gas engineering process as well as skill practice was also achieved.
