摘要
烷基化装置生产的烷基化油是十分理想的汽油调和组分,硫酸法烷基化是目前工业上广泛使用的烷基化工艺。介绍了硫酸法烷基化工艺的特点以及不同反应条件和原料组成对烷基化反应的影响,综述了硫酸法烷基化工艺的技术进展。
Alkylated oil is an ideal gasoline blending component, at present sulfuric acid alkylation technology is widely used. In this paper, characteristics of the sulfuric acid alkylation technology were introduced;the effect of different reaction conditions and raw material composition on the alkylation reaction was investigated. The research progress of sulfuric acid alkylation technology was summarized.
