摘要
抗生素的滥用是一个全球卫生危机,抗生素的滥用和误用使耐药细菌(ARB)和耐药基因(ARGs)快速出现。中国已然是制造、使用抗生素最多的国家之一。了解中国使用抗生素过度的现状及其在污水处理厂、流域水环境和土壤等环境中的分布情况是很重要的。综述了中国在人类医疗和畜牧业中抗生素的滥用问题,以及其导致的在污水处理厂、流域水环境和土壤环境中的残留问题。
The abuse of antibiotics is a global health crisis. The abuse and misuse of antibiotics make the rapid emergence of resistant bacteria(ARB) and resistant genes(ARGs). China is one of the world’s largest producers and consumers of antibiotics. It is important to understand the current situation of antibiotic abuse in China and its distribution in wastewater treatment plant, water environment and soil. In this paper, the abuse problem of antibiotics in human medical and animal husbandry in China was reviewed, as well as their residues in sewage treatment plants, water environment and soil environment.
