摘要
用ICP-OES测定铅含量,铁对铅的干扰显著。建立了ICP-OES测定铁基体仿真饰品铅含量的快速自动曲线拟合技术法,测定谱线选取铅220.353 nm,快速自动曲线拟合技术法测定结果与AAS-FS的测定结果进行比较,并用快速自动曲线拟合技术法进行加标回收试验。结果表明,假阳性样品快速自动曲线拟合技术法与AAS-FS的测定结果一致,每个阳性样品用快速自动曲线拟合技术法连续测定6次的相对标准偏差(RSD)小于5.5%,6个样品的两种测定结果的RSD在1.48%~5.37%之间,快速自动曲线拟合技术法的回收率为97%~108%,精密度为2.1%~3.5%,快速自动曲线拟合技术法能有效消除铁基体对铅含量的干扰。
There is significant iron interfere in the determination of lead content by ICP-OES. A fast automatic curve fitting technology was developed to determine lead content in iron matrix adornment by ICP-OES.Analytical spectral lines of 220.353 nm was used in the determination. The results of fast automatic curve fitting technology were compared with those of AAS-FS,and the recovery test was carried out by fast automatic curve fitting technology.The results showed that the results of fast automatic curve fitting technology and AAS-FS for false positive samples were consistent.The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6) of each positive sample determined by fast automatic curve fitting technology was less than 5.5%,and the RSD of two results of six positive samples ranged from 1.48% to 5.37%.The recovery by fast automatic curve fitting technology was 97%~108%,and the precision was 2.1%~3.5%.The fast automatic curve fitting technology effectively eliminated the interference of iron matrix.
