沥青布洛克菲尔德黏度仪的校准方法研究

摘要 针对交通运输行业使用的沥青布洛克菲尔德黏度仪(以下简称“沥青布氏黏度仪”)缺乏高温下的校准方法问题,通过分析沥青布氏黏度仪的工作原理,提出影响测量结果准确度的因素,建立高温下的沥青布氏黏度仪校准方法,开展校准结果不确定度评定。实测典型沥青布氏黏度仪,测量结果的相对扩展不确定度U_(rel)=1.1%(k=2)。实验结果表明,提出的校准项目和计量特性科学合理,适用于沥青布氏黏度计的校准,有效解决沥青布氏黏度仪的高温量值溯源问题,对实现交通运输行业的沥青布氏黏度仪的校准具有重要意义。 In response to solve the problem of the lack of calibration methods at high temperatures for the Asphalt Brookfield Viscometer(hereinafter referred to as the“Asphalt Brookfield Viscometer”)used in the Transportation Industry,the paper analyzed the working principle of the Asphalt Brinell Viscometer,identified the factors which affect the accuracy of measurement results,established a calibration method for Asphalt Brockfield Viscometer at high temperatures,and finally conducted uncertainty assessment of calibration results.By measuring a typical Asphalt Brockfield Viscometer,the relative expanded uncertainty of the measurement results U_(rel)=1.1%(k=2).The experimental results indicated that the proposed calibration items and metrological characteristics were scientifically reasonable,the study effectively solved the problem of traceability of the measurement values of the Asphalt Brockfield Viscometer,and has important application significance for achieving the calibration of the asphalt Brinell viscometer in the Transportation Industry.
