摘要
近年来,希望成为积极心理学的核心概念和研究热点。作为一种积极人格力量的希望对当代师范生的身心健康、学业成就、人际关系等方面具有较好的预测作用。在学校环境中通过组织开展个体或团体心理辅导、帮助师范生设定合适的目标、启发师范生发展多种路径思维、增强师范生的内在动力思维以及构建平等对话的希望课堂等途径培育师范生积极的希望特质不仅可行而且有效。希望特质水平的提升有助于增强师范生其他积极心理品质。因此,提升师范生希望特质水平对他们自身的发展乃至整个经济社会的发展都具有深远的意义。
In recent years,hope has become a central concept and research hotspot in positive psychology.Hope as a positive personality force is a positve predictor of the physical and mental health,academic achievement,and interpersonal relationships of contemporary normal students.It is not only feasible but also effective to cultivate positive hope traits for normal students by organizing individual or group counseling,helping normal students set appropriate goals,inspiring them to develop multiple ways of thinking,enhancing their internal motivational thinking,and building a hope classroom with equal dialogue in the school environment.Moreover,the enhancement of hope trait level is expected to strengthen other positive psychological qualities for normal students.Consequently,it is of far-reaching significance to students own development and even to the development of the whole economic society.
