摘要
在线探究社区教研模式是在互联网技术支持的教研环境中,以探究社区理论为指导,以网络研修平台为主阵地,以教研共同体为主导,以问题驱动的专题研修为抓手,围绕教师的实践经验和教学问题系统开展社会交互、协作建构与批判反思的教研组织形式及操作流程。在线探究社区教研模式诸要素相互耦合,形成了以信任文化为纽带的互动合作机理,以异质特征为基准的精准分工机理,以实践性反思为核心的探究行动机理,以资源流动为保障的可持续发展机理,推动在线探究社区教研活动的高效运行。在线探究社区教研模式的有效开展需要依托技术支持,提升教研主体的在线临场感;立足科学精神,促进教研问题的理智化探究;扎根社区文化,推动教研共同体的专业发展,切实服务学校教育教学、教师专业成长和学生全面发展。
As a teaching and research organization form and operation process,the Teaching and Research Model of Online Inquiry-based Community takes the theory of community of inquiry as an orientation,the network training platform as the main position,the teaching and research community of online inquiry-based community as a guide,the specific problem-driven study as the starting point,and carries out social interaction,collaborative construction,and critical reflection around teachers’teaching experience and issues.The elements of the Teaching and Research Model of Online Inquiry-based Community,coupled with each other,forming an interactive cooperation mechanism linked by the culture of trust,a precise division of labor mechanism based on heterogeneous characteristics,an inquiry-based action mechanism directed by practical reflection,and a sustainable development mechanism guaranteed by resource flow,will promote the efficient operation of online exploration community teaching and research activities.To implement the Teaching and Research Model of Online Inquiry-based Community,it is necessary to rely on technical support,enhance the online presence of the teaching and researcher,keep a foothold of the scientific spirit,promote the rationalized exploration of teaching and research issues,and take root in the community culture,and promote the professional development of the teaching and research community.In this way,it can effectively serve school education,teachers’professional growth and students’overall development.
