摘要
中国共产党成立百年来,对农村职业教育价值取向的选择不断向着更加合理化、科学化的方向发展。结合相关政策文本以及重要历史事件的回顾,建党百年来农村职业教育价值取向的变迁经历了面向农民生产生活技能习得为主的时期(1921—1934年)、面向农村革命战争为主的时期(1934—1949年)、面向农村农业发展为主的时期(1949—1978年)、面向农村经济发展为主的时期(1978—2000年)、面向农民综合发展为主的时期(2000年至今)五个阶段,体现了农村职业教育主体价值取向从国家主体向多元主体转变、教育价值内容的选择从制度层面向兼顾物质与精神层面转变、教育目的的价值取向以"为农"为主的特征。当然,在全面乡村振兴背景下,农村职业教育价值取向在主体上要更加强调"以人为本",在内容上要注重农民可持续发展能力,在目的上要始终坚持"为农"。
For 100 years since the founding of the Communist Party of China(the CPC),the choice of the value orientation of rural vocational education has been oriented more rational and scientific.In review of relevant policies and important historical events,the change of the value orientation of rural vocational education in the past hundred years can be said has experienced five stages:the period oriented towards farmers’production and life skills acquisition(1921—1934),the period mainly for the rural revolutionary war(1934—1949),the period oriented towards rural agricultural development(1949—1978),the period oriented towards rural economic development(1978—2000),and the period of farmer-oriented comprehensive development(2000-present).Characteristics:1)the subject change from national subjects to multiple subjects;2)the change of value content from institutional level to material and spiritual levels,and 3)education purpose mainly"for farmers".Apparently,in the background of comprehensive rural vitalization,the value orientation of rural vocational education should be"people-oriented"and focus on farmers’sustainable development,and adhere to"for farmers".
