摘要
近年来,以颗粒物污染为特征的灰霾天气在山西省时有发生,大气颗粒物源解析表明,扬尘源是城市颗粒物污染的主要来源之一。以机动车为载体的运输使重载机动车保有量增加,导致交通扬尘排放量增多,散装物料运输车在运输过程中普遍存在“高尖、密封不严、带泥上路”的污染现象。因此,针对山西省营运类散装物料运输车造成的抛洒污染问题,从物料运输企业源头、运输过程、路域环境3个环节开展研究,分析散装物料运输过程中抛洒污染的现状,从源头企业、车辆密闭、运输过程、路域环境等角度提出减少抛洒和扬尘的措施,为散装物料运输过程中因抛洒产生的扬尘污染提供技术支撑和治理对策。
Recently,haze weather characterized by particulate matter pollution occurs frequently in Shanxi Province.Source analysis of atmospheric particulate matter shows that dust is one of the main sources of urban particulate matter pollution.Transportation with carrier vehicles increases the number of heavy-duty vehicles,leading to more traffic dust emissions.The pollution phenomenon of"large and pointed-shaped cargo,loose seal,and taking mud on the road"is common in transportation with bulk material carrier vehicles.Therefore,focusing on the spill pollution from operational bulk material carrier vehicles in Shanxi Province,this paper analyzes the pollution situation from the material transportation enterprise source,transportation process,and road environment.From the perspectives of source enterprise,vehicle seal,transportation process,and road environment,measures for reducing the spill and dust are proposed,providing technical support and control measures for the dust pollution caused by the spill in bulk material transportation.
