摘要
预应力施工属于PC梁隐蔽工程,其施工质量事关桥梁的承载能力和耐久性。智能张拉设备运用,品质工程建设等一系列措施推动了预应力施工质量的提高,但是现场检测结果还是暴露出张拉质量问题仍未得到彻底根治。通过对检测数据分析,找出问题成因,提出质量控制方法和措施。
Prestress constructions are PC beam hidden engineering,and its construction quality is the key to the bearing capacity and durability of the bridge.A series of measures,such as the application of intelligent stretching equipment and the construction of quality engineering,have promoted the improvement of the prestress construction quality.However,the on-site test results still exposed that the tension quality problem has not been completely solved.Through the analysis of the detection data,the causes of the problems were found out,and the quality control methods and measures were put forward.
