不同抗车辙剂对基质沥青改性作用对比

摘要 为了解不同抗车辙剂对基质沥青的改性作用效果,将占沥青质量比9.3%的抗车辙剂P1和P2分别加入到预热的沥青中,在160℃~170℃、170℃~180℃下持续均匀搅拌30 min后,进行剩余沥青三大指标(25℃针入度、软化点、10℃和15℃延度)的试验。结果表明:抗车辙剂对基质沥青有一定的改性作用,且抗车辙剂P2改性效果高于P1。改性后沥青的25℃针入度下降,软化点增大,可提升沥青混合料的高温抗车辙性能,建议抗车辙剂P1和P2应用在夏炎热区和夏热区;延度降低,性能损失50%以上,对沥青混合料的低温性能有一定程度的损害,不建议用于冬严寒区和冬寒区的面层施工中。 In order to study the modification effect of different anti-rutting agents on matrix asphalt,P1 and P2,the anti-rutting agents which occupy 9.3%of asphalt mass,were added to the pre-heated asphalt,and were constantly and evenly mixed for 30 minutes at 160℃~170℃and 170℃~180℃,to test the three indicators(penetration at 25℃,softening point,and ductility at 10℃and 15℃)of rest asphalt.Results showed that the anti-rutting agents had certain modification effects on matrix asphalt,and P1 had a higher modification effect than P2.After the modification of the asphalt,its penetration at 25℃decreased and its softening point increased,which can improve the high temperature rutting resistance of the asphalt mixture,so the anti-rutting agents P1 and P2 were suggested to be applied to areas which has higher temperature than 20℃in summer.The ductility loss was more than 50%,which has certain damages to the low temperature performance of the asphalt mixture,so P1 and P2 were not recommended to be used in regions with severe cold winters.
