摘要
数智时代下技术的发展和融合推动着各行各业进行新一轮变革,档案学行业也在这种时代浪潮的推动之下受到影响。人才培养模式作为档案学教育中重要部分,应该做出新的调整,以应对目前档案行业受到的来自数智时代的挑战以及档案行业未来可能出现的新变化。明晰数智时代高校档案学专业人才需要具备的关键技能,根据数智时代的要求和OBE理念完善当前人才培养模式的内容,是解决档案学人才培养方案现存问题的重要对策。
The development and integration of technology in the data intelligence era has promoted a new round of changes in all walks of life,and the archival science industry has also been affected by the tide of this era.As an important part of archival education,the talent training mode should also be adjusted to cope with the challenges from the data intelligence era and the possible new changes in the future.Clarifying the key skills required by archival professionals in colleges and universities in the data intelligence era and perfecting the content of the current talent training mode according to the requirements of digital intelligence and OBE concept are the solutions to the problems existing in the current talent training scheme of archival colleges and universities.
