摘要
大学生就业问题不仅关系到大学生个体自我价值的实现,还关系到社会经济和国家安全稳定。因此,如何有效提高大学生的就业率和就业质量,是当前教育和人力资源领域面临的重要课题。旨在分析大学生就业市场的发展现状、大学生就业特点与常见问题,并提出建立人才供求信息系统、推出高品质就业服务、政府提供政策引导三项对策建议。
The employment of college students is closely related to personal fulfillment,social development and national stability.Therefore,it is crucial to effectively improve the employment rate and emplyment quality of college students.Based on analyzing the current status,characteristics and existing problems of college students’employment market,the paper proposed three countermeasures,including the construction of talent information system,the launch of high-quality employment services and the guidance of government policies.
