摘要
学生管理工作是高校工作开展的重要组成部分,对于高校运行与管理工作的良性开展起着非常重要的作用。随着高校教育教学改革和现代教育理念的融入,传统的学生管理模式已经不再适用于当前社会的发展。基于此需要结合现代化的教育理念创新高校学生管理模式。文章基于学习型组织背景下探讨高校学生管理模式的构建,旨在实现高校学生管理模式的创新,规避传统学生管理模式中存在的问题,贯彻落实现代教育理念为学生的自主管理与开发提供有效的途径。
Student management plays an important part in college operation and management.The teaching reform of college education and modern education concepts have challenged traditional student management model,so we had to innovate student management mode integrating with modern education concepts.This paper avoided existing problems,and proposed a newly mode under the background of learning organization,hoping to provide effective channels for improving students’self-management.
