头皮针与手指点穴辅助治疗小儿智力障碍的临床疗效

摘要 目的:观察头皮针与手指点穴辅助治疗小儿智力障碍的临床疗效。方法:选取宁晋县中西医结合医院儿童康复科2019年1月--2020年6月接受治疗的智力障碍患儿120例,采用抓阄法将患儿分为观察组和对照组各60例。对照组患儿采用常规药物治疗,观察组患儿在对照组的基础上采用头皮针与手指点穴辅助治疗。治疗后,对2组患者的临床疗效及不良反应进行评价。结果:与对照组相比,观察组患儿的总有效率较高(P<0.05)。结论:在药物治疗的基础上,头皮针与手指点穴辅助治疗小儿智力障碍可提高临床疗效,具有推广应用价值。 Objective:To observe the clinical effects of scalp acupuncture and finger acupuncture in the treatment of children with mental retardation.Methods:A total of 120 children with mental retardation who were treated from January 2019 to June 2020 in the Children’s Rehabilitation Department of Ningjin County Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine were selected.The children were divided into an observation group and a control group with 60 cases each by using the lottery method.Children in the control group were treated with conventional drugs,and children in the observation group were treated with scalp acupuncture and finger acupuncture on the basis of the control group.After treatment,the clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were evaluated.Results:Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of children in the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of drug treatment,scalp acupuncture and finger acupuncture for adjuvant treatment of children with mental retardation can improve the clinical efficacy and have the value of promotion and application.
