摘要
目的:分析北京市朝阳区奥运村2015-2019年0-3岁婴儿营养不良情况分析。方法:选取2015年1月-2019年12月16078例行常规儿童保健检查的0-3岁婴幼儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,统计营养不良情况并分析各种因素与营养不良发生的相关性。结果:本次研究中16078例婴幼儿中有31例低体重、47例生长迟缓、66例消瘦,所占比重分别为1.9‰、2.9‰、4.1‰。单因素分析显示,出生体重、家庭收入、家长文化水平、进食习惯、保健检查频率、住院次数是造成婴幼儿营养不良的重要原因(P<0.05);多因素分析发现,出生体重、进食习惯、家长文化水平、保健检查频率是造成婴幼儿营养不良的独立因素(P<0.01)。结论:北京市朝阳区奥运村0-3岁婴幼儿整体营养状况较好,出生体重、进食习惯、家长文化水平、保健检查频率是造成婴幼儿营养不良的独立因素,因此仍需要做好孕期保健,加强家长的健康教育,叮嘱家长定期带婴幼儿进行保健检查,预防婴幼儿营养不良的情况发生。
Objective:To analyze the malnutrition of 0-3 year old infants from 2015 to 2019 in Olympic Village,Chaoyang District,Beijing.Methods:From January 2015 to December 2019,the clinical data of 16078 infants and young children aged 0 to 3 years who underwent routine child health checkups were retrospectively analyzed.The malnutrition status was counted and the correlation between various factors and the occurrence of malnutrition was analyzed.Results:Among the 16078 infants and young children in this study,31 were underweight,47 were stunted,and 66 were wasting,the proportions were 1.9‰,2.9‰,4.1‰,respectively.Univariate analysis showed that birth weight,family income,parents’educational level,eating habits,frequency of health checks,and hospitalizations were important causes of malnutrition in infants and young children(P<0.05);multivariate analysis found that birth weight,eating habits,Parents’educational level and frequency of health checkups are independent factors that cause malnutrition in infants and young children(P<0.01).Conclusion:The overall nutritional status of infants and children aged 0 to 3 in Olympic Village,Chaoyang District,Beijing is relatively good.Birth weight,eating habits,parental education level,and frequency of health checks are independent factors that cause malnutrition in infants and young children.Therefore,pregnancy health care is still needed.,Strengthen the health education of parents,and urge parents to take infants and young children for health checkups to prevent infants and young children from malnutrition.
