摘要
目的分析国内重大疫情防控研究领域的现状和变化趋势,为国内重大疫情防控相关研究提供参考与借鉴。方法从中国知网(CNKI)全文数据库中筛选2003-2021年重大疫情防控的相关文献,利用引文空间(CiteSpace)可视化软件绘制重大疫情防控科学知识图谱。结果共筛选出符合条件的文献1698篇,结果显示,国内关于重大疫情防控研究的文献量2019年以前较少,受2019年新冠疫情影响,2020年以后共发表了1669篇。关键词“疫情信息化”“治理体系和治理能力”“新冠肺炎”等具有较高的突现性,中心度分别为10.29、10.02、9.92。上海交通大学医学院公共卫生学院、国家计算机网络应急技术处理协调中心浙江分中心、云南财经大学财政与公共管理学院、重庆交通大学经济与管理学院在发文机构和作者发文量居于前列,比重占总发文量>50%。结论国内重大疫情防控的研究主要集中于突发疫情应急管理、重大公共卫生治理能力和治理体系建设、卫生应急信息化等方面开展,学者和机构间应加强合作交流,聚焦应急机制和管理体系建设,推动国内公共卫生防控能力不断提升。
Objective To analyze the status quo and trends of domestic epidemic prevention and control,provide reference for domestic epidemic prevention and control related research.Methods From January 2003 to December 2021,relevant literature on epidemic prevention and control were retrieved from Chinese National Knowledge Infrastructure database,and CiteSpace visualization software was used to draw a scientific knowledge map of epidemic prevention and control.Results A total of 1698 documents that met the conditions were retrieved in the database.The results showed that the amount of domestic literature on major epidemic prevention and control research was relatively small before 2019.Affected by the COVID-19 epidemic in 2019,the number of published papers has increased sharply,with a total of 1669 articles published since 2020.Keywords such as"information","governance system and governance capacity"and"COVID-19 epidemic"are highly emergent,with centrality of 10.29,10.02,9.92,respectively.Medicine School of Shanghai Jiaotong University,National Computer Network Emergency Technology Handling Coordination Center of Zhejiang Province,Finance and Public Management of Yunnan University and Economics and Management of Chongqing Jiaotong University were in the forefront list of publishing institutions and authors,with the proportion exceeding 50%.Conclusions The research on the prevention and control of epidemics in China mainly focuses on the emergency management of sudden epidemics,the construction of public health governance capabilities and governance systems,the information of health emergency.To promote the continuous improvement of domestic public health prevention and control capabilities,scholars and institutions should strengthen cooperation and exchanges,focusing on emergency mechanisms and management systems.
