摘要
本文采用问卷调查法,以1121名中学教师为研究对象,基于社会交换理论和社会认知理论,探讨教师组织支持感对教学效能感的影响及其心理机制。结果表明:教师组织支持感对教学效能感产生正向影响。集体效能感和共享心流不仅在组织支持感与教学效能感之间发挥独立中介作用,还在组织支持感与教学效能感之间起到了链式中介作用。这些研究结果可以为学校建设和教师队伍建设提供实证支持,也对基层管理具有一定的参考价值。
The teacher workforce is an important force in the construction of an educationally strong nation,and their competence directly impact the level and quality of education.As a key group engaged in lifelong learning,we encourage teachers to participate in various community environments for continuous growth and exchange,thereby promoting their own professional progress.Exploring the relationship between psychological variables is helpful for schools and education bureaus to formulate corresponding measures to provide a better learning and working environment for teachers and promote their professional development.Teaching performance of teachers is an important indicator in society.Organizational support is an important factor affecting the teaching performance of teachers.The level of teachers'perceived organizational support is directly related to their teaching efficacy.The current study consists of a sample of 1121 middle school teachers.Investigation on the mechanism of teachers'organizational support on teaching efficacy was made on the basis of social cognition theory.As a special group in the society,compared with other professions,teachers,most of their social support comes from the organizational collective,and they have a high dependence on units.Therefore,the teacher's support perception of the unit will naturally affect the degree of selflessness in teamwork.The results show that teachers'organizational support positively affects teaching efficacy;both collective efficacy and shared flow independently mediate the relationship between organizational support and teaching efficacy.That is,emotional states can affect attention,affecting the interpretation of events,cognitive organization,and memory retrieval;the relationship of collective efficacy and shared flow also plays a chain mediating role between the relationship between organizational support and teaching efficacy.That is,when teachers have a strong sense of organizational support,they are more willing to participate in the collective and gain motivation through the collective,so as to improve their own teaching efficiency.According to the results,the current study puts forward three suggestions to enhance the sense of teaching efficacy,which is the relevant basis for the research of teaching efficacy.
