摘要
为建立水产品中丙泊酚麻醉剂残留量的气相色谱测定方法,样品经乙酸乙酯提取, EMR-Lipid分散固相萃取管与EMR-polish反萃取管相结合净化, GC定量定性检测,内标法定量。结果表明:水产品中丙泊酚浓度在0.4~10.0μg/mL范围内其线性关系良好(R=0.999),加标回收率为83.75%~102.18%,相对标准偏差为1.54%~7.39%,检出限为0.3 mg/kg。该方法具有简便、省时、重现性好等特点,适用于水产品中丙泊酚的残留量的测定。
A gas chromatographic method for determining the residual amount of propofol anesthetic in aquatic products was established. The sample was extracted with ethyl acetate, and the purification of EMR-Lipid dispersed solid phase extraction tube combined with EMR-polish back extraction tube was qualitatively detected by GC and quantified by internal standard method. The results showed that the concentration of propofol in the range of 0.4-10.0 μg/mL was good(R=0.999), the recoveries were 83.75%-102.18%, and the relative standard deviation was 1.54%-7.39%. The detection limit was 0.3 mg/kg. The method had the characteristics of simplicity, time saving and good reproducibility, and it was suitable for determination of propofol residues in aquatic products.
