创新能力培养为导向的混合式实验教学模式的探索与实践 被引量:10

The exploration and practice of blended experimental teaching mode oriented by cultivation of innovation ability

摘要 生物化学与分子生物学实验课程是生命科学本科教学体系中的重要组成部分。本文以中国科学技术大学生物化学与分子生物学实验课程的教学为研究对象,探讨了如何以培养学生创新能力为导向而进行的混合式实验教学模式的探索与实践。(1)思政教育的自然融入,激发学生追求真理、勇攀科学高峰、科技报国的家国情怀和使命担当;(2)教学体系的重塑,明确基础、综合和高级三个阶段不同的教学目标,实现教学内容的以旧换新和一线科学问题与实验教学的有机结合;(3)配套教材的实时更新、虚拟仿真实验和微课视频的持续建设保证了教学资源对课程内容改革的有效支持;(4)新型实验教学仪器和设备的升级为实验内容的与时俱进奠定了物质基础;(5)混合式实验教学模式的有效应用,提高了学生的参与度,强化了学生的深度学习。最后经实践证明,生物化学与分子生物学实验课程的教学改革切实有效地提升了实验教学对学生创新研究能力的培养。 Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Experiment course is an important part of life science undergraduate teaching system.Here,we discussed the exploration and practice of blended experimental teaching mode of the Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Experimental course in the University of Science and Technology of China,which is oriented to cultivate students′innovation ability.(1)It inspired students to pursuing truth,climbing the peak of science,and serving the country by the natural integration of ideological and political education into the teaching.(2)It realized the replacement of old teaching content and the combination of front-line scientific problems with experimental teaching by the remodeling of the teaching system.(3)It ensured the effective support for curriculum content reform by the textbooks revision,the virtual simulation experiments and the micro-lecture videos.(4)It laid a material foundation for the experimental content to keep pace with the times by the upgrading of new experimental teaching instruments and equipment.(5)It improved students′participation and strengthened their deep learning by the application of blended experimental teaching model.Finally,it proved that the teaching reform of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology Experiment course has effectively improved the cultivation of students′innovative research ability.
