摘要
益生元可被益生菌利用从而产生一系列促进益生菌生长、增加益生菌菌群数量以及产生挥发性脂肪酸等作用。益生菌在利用益生元的过程中,会受到益生元的制备方式、结构以及其与益生元的特异性选择等因素的影响。在畜禽养殖过程中,益生元及益生菌的使用往往具有替代抗生素促进动物生长及提高动物机体免疫力的作用。文章针对上述内容进行综述,以期对益生菌与益生元的精准应用提供参考。
Probiotics can be used by probiotics to produce a series of beneficial effects,such as promoting the growth of probiotics,increasing the number of probiotics and producing volatile fatty acids.In the process of using probiotics,probiotics are influenced by the preparation,structure and specific selection of probiotics.In the process of livestock and poultry breeding,the use of probiotics and probiotics often has the function of replacing antibiotics to promote animal growth and improve animal immunity.In the paper,the above contents are reviewed in order to provide reference for the precise application of probiotics and probiotics.
