摘要
目前,市面上的门扇封边工艺为热熔胶PVC封边,不符合环保理念,并且南方地区因气候潮湿,会存在封边皮脱落、门扇变形等情况。本项目是研发一种既防潮环保结构性又强的安全封边产品。一方面能达到南方气候情况下防潮效果,另一方面能加强门扇强度减少门扇变形,增加门的使用寿命。通过软件设计、3D打印实验、型材开模、产品工艺实验,最终定型产品。该项目核心技术采用铝制封边,采用符合人体美工学的防刮手工艺,并且具有超强抗变形能力。创新点在于防刮手安全工艺、超强铝边、防潮环保工艺三方面。目前该项目工艺已实际运用到公司产品生产线中,大大减少了门扇变形问题,并且市场反馈良好,有效带动了生产和销售,科技成果的快速转化为公司带来良好的经济收益。
At present,the door leaf edge sealing process on the market is hot melt PVC edge sealing,which does not meet the concept of environmental protection.Moreover,due to the humid climate in southern China,the edge sealing skin will fall off and the door leaf will be deformed.The project is to develop a moisture-proof,environment-friendly and structurally strong safety edge sealing product.It can not only achieve the moisture-proof effect under the southern climate,but also strengthen the door leaf strength,reduce the door leaf deformation and increase the service life of the door.Through software design,3D printing experiment,profile mold opening,product process experiment,the product was ultimately finalized.The core technology of the project adopts aluminum edge sealing,anti scratch handicraft in line with ergonomics,and has super deformation resistance.The innovation lies in the safety process of anti-scratch hand,super aluminum edge,moisture-proof and environmental protection process.At present,the process of the project has been actually applied to the company's production line,which greatly reduces the problem of door leaf deformation,and the market feedback is good,which effectively drives the production and sales,and the rapid transformation of scientific and technological achievements brings good benefits to the company.
