摘要
国内《绿色校园评价标准》的再次修订使绿色校园的建设更关注于"整体性构建"。研究以美国历史悠久的绿色校园——韦尔斯利文理学院为例,梳理了其绿色校园发展理念的历史沿袭;分析其校园空间设计中"规划因地制宜""步行优先""公共空间融入景观"等空间规划措施;研究其校园运维中"能源的高效利用""建筑的低碳化建造""可持续工作的精细化部署""学生共建绿色社区"等整体性绿色校园构建策略。
The revision of the"Green Campus Evaluation Standards"in China has made the construction of green campuses more focused on"holistic construction".This study takes the Wellesley College as an example,combing its green campus development concept.It interprets Wellesley College’s spatial planning measures such as"building adapts to local conditions","pedestrian priority","outdoor space combined with landscape"and so on.It explains the sustainability strategies such as"efficient use of energy","low-carbon construction of buildings","detailed deployment"and"student participation".This paper analyses the concrete measures of green campus development,and summarises the holistic construction strategies.
