摘要
调水工程技术应用现状普遍实现了自动化,初步进入数字化,规划目标智能化。智能化建设需要面对缺乏对智能调水前瞻性的认知和理解,缺乏对前沿先进技术应用的熟悉和跟踪能力,缺乏有效进行智能调水项目建设规划、设计和实施管理的水平,缺乏智能调水运行维护技术力量和缺乏智能调水持续改进和不断优化的能力,通过集技术创新及运营管理模式创新于一体的BOLT模式的使用,把智能调水建设工程的机电、自控和信息专业的规划、设计、采购、施工和运营服务工作全部托付给合格的投资人,解决业主方在智能调水工程建设和运营过程中存在的人员、技术、管理和经验等方面的不足和困难,发挥投资人主观能动性,能运用其强大的技术实力、先进的管理经验为业主创造更多的效益。
The current application status of water transfer engineering technology has generally realized automation,initially entering digitalization,and planning goals are intelligent.Intelligent construction needs to face the lack of forward-looking cognition and understanding of intelligent water transfer,lack of familiarity and tracking ability of cutting-edge advanced technology application,lack of effective level of planning,design and implementation management of intelligent water transfer project,lack of the technical strength of intelligent water transfer operation and maintenance and the lack of the ability to continuously improve and optimize the intelligent water transfer,through the use of the BOLT mode that integrates technological innovation and operation management model innovation,the electromechanical,automatic control and information professional planning,design,procurement,construction and operation services are all entrusted to qualified investors to solve the problems and difficulties of the owners in personnel,technology,management and experience in the process of construction and operation of smart water transfer projects,and gives full play to the investment people’s subjective initiative can use their strong technical strength and advanced management experience to create more benefits for the owners.
