流域环境保护智慧化管理的探索与实践 被引量:2

摘要 为践行“与青山绿水为伴,让青山绿水更美”的环保理念,按照大渡河智慧企业总体战略规划要求,以“生态环境感知网络建设升级、多源生态环境数据库融合共享、生态环境智慧应用开发与泛在服务探索”为目标,提出了大渡河流域生态环境保护智慧化管理建设思路和构想。以水电工程运行阶段中的生态环保管理工作为重点,探讨了流域生态环保智慧化管理的业务架构设计,并详细介绍了大渡河公司在水库水温实时监测与管控、过鱼设施流场智能监测与目标鱼种图像识别方面的探索实践,以期为我国梯级水电工程生态环保工作的智慧化管理提供一定的参考和借鉴。 To implement the environmental protection concepts"with the company of lucid waters and lush mountains,better the lucid waters and lush mountains",according to the overall strategic planning requirements of Dadu smart enterprise,the construction idea and conception of intelligent management for ecological environment protection in the Dadu watershed are put forward,aiming at ecological and environmental awareness networks upgrade,multi-source fusion and sharing of ecological environment database and ecological environment intelligent application development and ubiquitous service exploration.Focusing on the ecological and environmental protection management in the operation of hydropower projects,the business architecture design of intelligent management of watershed ecological environmental protection is discussed.This paper introduces the exploration and practice in real-time monitoring and control of reservoir water temperature,intelligent monitoring of flow field around fish passing facilities and image recognition of target species.We aim to provide some referrences for the intelligent management of ecological and environmental protection of cascade hydropower projects in China.
