摘要 为进一步提升水闸安全监测信息的分析能力和可视化展示效果,提高水闸安全管理效率,结合工程实际,研究和开发了基于BIM+GIS的水闸安全监控与预警处置系统。以某拦河闸工程为例,采用BIM技术构建水闸三维实体模型,并将其集成到三维可视化GIS平台中,利用系统开发相关技术将监测信息与BIM模型进行关联与绑定,实现了闸体结构、监测数据分析结果、监控指标以及预警处置信息的可视化展示,提高了水闸运行安全管理效率。 In order to further improve the analysis ability and visualized display effect of sluice safety monitoring information in water conservancy project and enhance the efficiency of sluice safety management,a BIM+GIS-based safety monitoring and early-warning disposal system for sluice is studied and developed in combination with the engineering practice concerned.By taking a river sluice as the study case,a 3-D physical model of the sluice is established with BIM technique and integrated into the 3-D visual GIS platform,by which the monitoring information is correlated and bound with the BIM model through the relevant technique of system development,and then the visualized displays of sluice structure,monitoring data analysis result,monitoring index and early-warning disposal information are realized,thus the efficiency of the sluice operation safety management is improved.
