摘要
目的本文在文献计量学分析的基础上加以可视化方式,直观呈现并分析阐明针灸国际临床应用的研究框架、科研合作网络分布以及变化趋势,为探究针灸国际化发展进程及科研力量分布提供文献支撑。方法本文通过Web of Science核心合集收录自1990年1月1日至2019年12月25日,以"针刺、艾灸和穴位"为主题的文献作为数据源对纳入的10298篇针灸临床研究SCI文献进行分析,利用Citespace和Vosviewer软件对国际针灸临床研究的科研合作网中文献发表国家及地域分布特征、发表期刊分布、文献发表作者、资助项目基金来源进行国际与国内的对比分析及文献可视化呈现。结果(1)国际针灸临床研究的学术力量的分布集中于美国与中国,各个国家及地区之间开展了较为广泛的合作研究,并形成稳定的合作关系网络;(2)国际针灸临床研究中来自中国研究在文献总产出数量方面迅速发展,中国在国际针灸临床研究中学术影响力的扩大与中国研究者的学术发展以及国家自然科学基金的支撑密切相关;(3)与国际整体水平相比,中国在国际针灸临床研究领域的科研数量虽迅速崛起但科研影响力仍有待提升。结论开展高质量高水平的针灸临床研究,有助于提升我国在国际针灸临床研究领域的学术地位及影响力,在现阶段研究中凝练出国际针灸研究力量分布与科研合作趋势,可为针灸国际合作应用及推广提供重要的发展思路。
Objective Based on bibliometric analysis,to visualize the research framework,the distribution of scientific research cooperation networks and the trend of changes in the international clinical application of acupuncture and moxibustion,and provide literature support for exploring the international development process of acupuncture and moxibustion and the distribution of scientific research forces.Methods In this paper,we analyzed 10,298 acupuncture and moxibustion clinical research SCI publications from January 1,1990 to December 25,2019 by using the Web of Science core collection of literature on the topic of"acupuncture,moxibustion and acupoints"as the data source,and used Citespace and Vosviewer software to analyze the international and domestic comparative analysis and visualization of literature in the international acupuncture and moxibustion clinical research collaboration network in terms of country and geographical distribution characteristics,distribution of published journals,authors of published literature,and sources of funding projects.Results(1)The distribution of research forces in international acupuncture clinical research was mainly distributed between the United States and China,and there was a wide range of collaborative research among various countries and regions,and a stable network of collaborative relationships has been formed;(2)The number of studies from China in international acupuncture clinical research was rapidly developing in terms of total literature output,and the expansion of academic influence of China's Mainland in international acupuncture clinical research was closely related to the academic development of Chinese researchers and the support of the National Natural Science Foundation of China;(3)Compared with the overall international level,the number of scientific research in acupuncture clinical research in China's Mainland was rapidly emerging but the scientific influence still needs to be improved.Conclusion Clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion of high quality and high level will enhance the academic status and influence of China in the field of clinical research on acupuncture and moxibustion in the international domain,and the distribution of acupuncture and moxibustion research power and the trend of scientific cooperation can provide an important role in promoting and developing the international cooperation and application of acupuncture and moxibustion.
