摘要
目的基于中医传承辅助平台系统,分析现代名老中医诊疗肺痿的方药配伍规律,为肺痿病临床用药提供参考。方法基于《现代名老中医诊治肺痿文献研究数据库》,利用中医传承辅助平台,采用关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类方法进行统计分析。结果现代名老中医治疗肺痿核心药物有甘草、麦冬、杏仁、黄芪、南沙参等。得到青黛、南沙参等6组核心药对;得到药物核心组合16组,并在此基础上提炼出针对肺痿"虚、瘀、痰、热"之病机特点的新处方13首。结论现代名老中医治疗肺痿以益肺气滋肺阴固其本,重视肺脾肾同调,方药补中寓清并重视恢复肺气宣降之功,药物配伍有一定规律和较高临床实用价值。
Objective To analyze the prescription and medicinal compatibility patterns of modern famous TCM masters in the treatment of lung flaccidity based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system,and to provide reference for the clinical use of medicines for llung flaccidity.Methods Based on the“Literature Research Database of Experience of Modern Famous Chinese Medicine Doctors in Treating Atrophic Lung Disease”,association rules and complex system entropy clustering methods in the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance support system were used to explore the rules of medication.Results The core medicines for the treatment of atrophic lung disease are Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Ophiopogonis,Semen Armeniacae Amarum,Radix Astragali seu Hedysari,Radix Adenophorae.6 core drug pairs and 16 core drug combinations were obtained.Based on the core drug combinations,13 new prescriptions were extracted that aimed at the pathogenesis of atrophic lung disease.Conclusion Famous TCM doctors often use Chinese medicines with effects of nourishing yin and nourishing qi,relieving cough,resolving phlegm and relieving asthma in the treatment of atrophic lung disease.The compatibility of Chinese medicines has rules and high clinical practical value.
