摘要
目的探讨扶正祛邪抑癌方对原发性肝癌大鼠的治疗效果,以及与体内细胞因子的相关性。方法干预组使用二乙基亚硝胺(Diethylnitrosamine,DEN)进行造模,造模成功后随机分为模型组、斑蝥组、高剂量组、中剂量组和低剂量组共5组。正常组、模型组予以生理盐水灌胃,斑蝥组予以复方斑蝥胶囊灌胃,三个不同剂量组予以扶正祛邪抑癌方灌胃,12周后腹主动脉取血,检测肝功指标:GGT、ALP、AST、ALT;Elisa检测IL-6、LI-10、TNF-α、IFN-γ;免疫组化检测AFP、COX-2。结果给药组可以改善肝癌大鼠一般情况、生存率、ALT、AST、ALP、GGT、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、IFN-γ,减低肝脏组织中COX-2、AFP的表达,且以中剂量组改善最明显。结论扶正祛邪抑癌方可以提高肝癌大鼠的生存率,改善大鼠一般情况及肝功能,并且减少血清中的炎症因子,对原发性肝癌有一定治疗作用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Fuzheng Quxie Yiai decoction on primary liver cancer rats and its correlation with cytokines in vivo.Methods The intervention group was modeled with diethylnitrosamine(DEN).After successful modeling,they were randomly divided into model group,cantharidin group,high dose group,medium dose group and low dose group.The normal group and the model group were given normal saline and the cantharidin group was given the compound cantharides capsule.Three different dose groups were given the Fuzheng Quxie Yiai decoction.After 12 weeks,Blood collection through the abdominal aorta.The liver function index was measured:GGT,ALP,AST,ALT;Elisa detected IL-6,LI-10,TNF-α,IFN-γ;immunohistoche-mistry detected AFP,COX-2.Results The drug-administered group could improve the general condition,survival rate,ALT,AST,ALP,GGT,IL-6,IL-10,TNF-α,IFN-γof liver cancer rats,and reduce COX-2 and AFP in liver tissues.And the improvement in the middle dose group is most obvious.Conclusion Fuzheng Quxie Yiai decoction can improve the survival rate of liver cancer rats,improve the general condition and liver function of rats,and reduce the inflammatory factors in serum,which has certain therapeutic effects on primary liver cancer.
