摘要
目的分析接受血液透析的慢性肾衰竭患者应用左卡尼汀治疗的效果。方法随机将该院2014年1月—2019年2月63例慢性肾衰竭患者分为两组,对照组仅接受血液透析治疗,观察组另外应用左卡尼汀治疗,比较两组效果。结果观察组治疗后微炎症状态hs-CRP、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α指标水平为(5.46±1.34)mg/L、(43.52±10.28)ng/L、(35.46±10.75)ng/L、(25.50±7.95)ng/L,对照组为(6.39±1.70)mg/L、(50.35±12.75)ng/L、(54.81±12.33)ng/L、(31.77±8.79)ng/L,各指标均有下降,差异有统计学意义(t=2.426、2.344、6.695、2.971,P<0.05);观察组治疗后营养状况PA、Alb、Hb指标水平分别为(298.62±63.37)mg/L、(42.31±6.89)g/L、(96.34±11.88)g/L,高于对照组(254.31±60.78)mg/L、(37.95±5.76)g/L、(90.34±11.44)g/L,差异有统计学意义(t=2.831、2.721、2.041,P<0.05);观察组治疗后TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论慢性肾衰竭血液透析患者应用左卡尼汀治疗能够使微炎症状态得到有效改善,且有助于改善患者血脂及营养状况。
Objective To analyze the effect of treatment with L-carnitine in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis.Methods Sixty-three patients with chronic renal failure from January 2014 to February 2019 were the hospital randomly divided into two groups.The control group received only hemodialysis.The observation group was treated with L-carnitine and the effects of the two groups were compared.Results The levels of hs-CRP,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the microinflammation state of the observation group after treatment were(5.46±1.34)mg/L,(43.52±10.28)ng/L,(35.46±10.75)ng/L,(25.50±7.95)ng/L,control group(6.39±1.70)mg/L,(50.35±12.75)ng/L,(54.81±12.33)ng/L,(31.77±8.79)ng/L,all indicators have decreased,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.426,2.344,6.695,2.971,P<0.05);the nutritional status of the observation group after treatment,PA,Alb,Hb indicators were(298.62±63.37)mg/L,(42.31±6.89)g/L,(96.34±11.88)g/L,higher than the control group(254.31±60.78)mg/L,(37.95±5.76)g/L,(90.34±11.44)g/L,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.831,2.721,2.041,P<0.05).The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C and HDLC in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Treatment of patients with chronic renal failure in hemodialysis with L-carnitine can effectively improve the microinflammation status and improve the blood lipid and nutri-tional status of patients.
