油气田CCUS标准体系构建

Construction of the Standards System for CCUS in Oil and Gas Fields

摘要 CO_(2)捕集、利用与封存(CO_(2)Capture,Utilization and Storage,CCUS)技术是减少碳排放的有效手段之一,是实现中国“双碳”目标的重要技术保障。CCUS技术发展、示范项目实施、政策落实等都急需标准化工作支持。本文通过梳理国内外CCUS相关标准,立足油气田CCUS领域,分析标准化需求,构建了油气田CCUS标准体系,为开展油气田CCUS标准规划和制修订工作提供指导。 CO_(2)Capture,Utilization and Storage(CCUS)technology is one of the effective means to reduce carbon emissions and an important technical guarantee for achieving China’s carbon peak and neutrality goals.The development of CCUS technology,implementation of demonstration projects,and policy implementation all urgently require standardization work support.This article reviews the relevant CCUS standards at home and abroad,analyzes the standardization needs in the area of oil and gas field CCUS,and constructs an standards system on oil and gas field CCUS,providing guidance for the planning and revision of standards on oil and gas field CCUS.
