摘要
当代德性认识思潮对理智德性推崇备至,并将它解读为主体的相关认知能力或品质,该思路为重新理解孟子“心论”提供了新的理论支持。在保留以道德德性阐释孟子“心论”的同时,若从广义上的官能层面入手,“思”则表现为心所具有的能力德性。因特殊的心性结构及其功能表现,“心”所蕴含的道德德性和理智德性相互融合而非彼此隔绝;后者又显现为主体的能力、品质和情感等层面,它们共同作用于主体相关的行动之中,充分体现了先秦儒家心性论的特色。
The contemporary virtue epistemology highly esteems“intellectual virtue”,which provides theoretical support for reinterpreting and reconstructing Mencius'thought of“Xin”.While retaining the explanatory method of the moral virtue of the“Xin”,it is understood in a broad sense by functional meaning:“Si”serves as a competence virtue of the“Xin”.Because of the special structure and function of the theory of“Xin and Xing”,the moral virtue and the intellectual virtue contained in the“Xin”are fused with each other,instead of being isolated from each other,and the latter appears as the competence,trait and emotion of the subject.They act together in the actions related to the subject,which fully reflects the characteristics of the Pre-qin Confucian theory of“Xin and Xing”.
