摘要
儒家的乐教思想继承了从尧舜到商周的礼乐传统,以培养具有正大心志、中和品格的君子为目标,并试图通过乐教来达到社会和谐的移风易俗效果,我们可以用"正大和平"来概括儒家乐教的理想境界。"正大和平"的乐教理想散见于《论语》记载孔子论诗、论乐的箴言中,在《礼记·乐记》中得到了最系统、深入的阐述。《乐记》区别"声"、"音"和"乐",提出了"德音之谓乐"的思想,正大和平是德音雅乐区别于"郑声"淫乐的基本特征。上古时代正大和平的雅乐在实存形态上已经基本失传,但是作为儒家乐教理想影响了诗文书画等各个文艺领域,构成中华民族的民族精神,其中源远流长的书法传统尤其能带给我们直观可感的乐境,对我们今天的人感受儒家乐教的正大和平境界有不可替代的重要意义。
Music have great influence on our emotion.At ancient Chinayue(乐)comprised poem and dance,it’s a major art in liberal education.Music education of classic Confucian aimed at bringing up gentleman with liberal and moderate character,and conduct social harmony.We can sketch the ideal of Confucians music education with magnanimity and peacefulness.This ideal was revealed systematically in Yue Ji,a classic writing on theory of music.In Yue Ji the author said that only sounds of virtue can be called music,and great music have equal harmony with heaven and earth.This kind of great music was lost,but its ideal have far reaching influence on calligraphy and painting.As a particular fine art in China,calligraphy can give us a intuitive sensitivity on magnanimity and peacefulness,which was ultimate ambit of music education.
