身份认知与新时代中国国际秩序观建构 被引量:2

Identity Cognition and the Construction of China’s View of International Order in the New Era

摘要 国际秩序观是一国如何认知世界、如何处理自身与世界关系的重要理念指引,反映了一国政府对现行国际秩序的态度、立场以及对理想国际秩序的主张和愿景。作为权力、制度和观念因素共同作用的起点,国家身份认知对本国的国际秩序观塑造有内在建构的影响。本文认为,进入新时代以来,中国不仅强调自身“中华和合文化”与“全球大国”的内生身份认知,还在与国际社会的积极互动中确立了“现行国际秩序的维护者、参与者、建设者和引领式改革者”的社会身份认知。这两类身份认知通过国内和国际层次影响着中国政府对国家利益的主观认知和界定,进而塑造了新时代中国对现行国际秩序的立场以及以构建新型国际关系、人类命运共同体为目标的理想国际秩序主张与愿景。 The view of international order is an important conceptual guide for how China handles its relations with the world in the new era.It reflects the attitude and position of the Chinese government on the current international order and the proposition and vision of an ideal international order.National identity,as the starting point and channel through which power,system and concept factors play a common role,influences the formation and development of a country’s view of international order by influencing its cognition of international order interests.Since entering the new era,the Chinese government has not only emphasized the inherent nature of its own Chinese harmony culture and the recognition of its strength as a global power,but also established its social identity as a participant,builder and a leading reformer of the current international order through its positive interaction with the international community.These two types of identity cognition affe ct China’s subjective cognition and definition of national interests at both domestic and international levels,respectively shaping China’s position on the current international order and the ideal vision of the international order aimed at building a new type of international relations and a community with a shared future for mankind.
