摘要
报告本院1963年4月~1987年12月间多发性硬化81例,其中病理证实1例,临床确诊59例,拟诊21例。本组病人具有起病急、病情重和病程短的临床特点。首发症状以视力障碍最多,病损部位以脊髓和视神经最多。激素治疗效果显著。
Eighty-one cases with multiple sclerosis were observed from April 1963 to Dec 1987.Among them one case was proved by pathological study,59 definite cases and 21 suspected cases were diagnosed according to the clinical manifestations which were characterized by the appearance of acute attacks,severe,symptoms and short duration.Visual disturbance was the most common symptom at the onset.Spinal cord and optic nerve were the most common sites involved.ACTH or corticosteroids were found fefective in the treatment of multiple sclerosis.
