摘要
数字化柔性移动装配生产线是一种先进的装配生产组织模式,通过对国内外数字化柔性装配生产线发展现状的分析,总结了构建运载火箭数字化柔性移动装配生产线的6项关键技术。最后通过构建某型号火箭数字化柔性移动装配生产线,验证该装配生产组织模式的可行性,在提高装配质量及效率上发挥出了显著作用。
Digital flexible mobile assembly production line is an advanced assembly production mode.Through the analysis of the development status of the digital flexible assembly production line domestically and internationally,this paper has summarized the six key technologies for building a digital flexible mobile assembly production line for launch vehicles.In the end,through constructing a digital flexible mobile assembly production line of the rocket,the feasibility of the assembly production organization mode was verified,and it played a significant role in improving the assembly quality and efficiency.
