增压输送系统单铰型膜片破裂后应力分析与结构改进

Stress Analysis and Structure Improvement of the Single Hinge Diaphragm with Rupture in the Pressurized Delivery System

摘要 为提高单铰型膜片的动强度能力,针对增压输送系统用单铰型膜片在使用过程中产生裂纹的现象,改进了原有单铰型C形刻痕膜片结构,提出了一种带弯角C形刻痕膜片,使用有限元方法分析了两种膜片在翻转过程中的应力及应变情况,搭建了破裂压力测试和冲刷试验系统对两种膜片进行了对比试验。研究表明:单铰型膜片结构改进后,翻转区域受最大应力降低26%,最大应变降低97%,耐气流冲刷时间显著增加。研究成果有利于提升膜片性能裕度,提升增压输送系统可靠性和稳定性。 Given the phenomenon that the single-hinge diaphragm used in a pressurized delivery system can be frequently cracked during working,an improved C-notch single-hinge diaphragm with a round angle was proposed in this study to promote the dynamic strength of the diaphragm.The stress and strain distribution of two types of diaphragms under the flipping process was analyzed using a finite element method.Otherwise,the rupture pressure testing and erosion testing devices were built to conduct comparative tests.The results show that when using the C-notch single-hinge diaphragm with the round angle,the maximum stress in the flipped area was reduced by 26%and the maximum strain was reduced by 97%.Meanwhile,the erosion time of gas flow resistance significantly increased.The research benefits the improvement of the performance margin of the diaphragm,the reliability,and the stability of the pressurized delivery system.
