摘要 嫦娥五号轨道器完成了中国首次月球轨道飞行器与飞行器、飞行器与舱段间的多次分离任务。嫦娥五号探测器为控制包络,降低质心,采用了多器多舱体串联组合构型,舱体间相互套叠,舱体与设备之间的间距极小。针对分离体构型布局复杂、分离体精确建模困难、分离安全间距小问题,提出了一种分离安全包络设计方法,经分离动力学仿真分析和在轨飞行验证,分离安全包络设计方法正确,满足任务要求。 Chang’e-5 orbiter has completed China’s first separation missions between spacecraft and spacecraft or between spacecraft and its module in lunar orbit.In order to control the envelope and lower the centroid,the Chang’e-5probe adopts a series combination configuration of multiple vehicles and multiple compartments.The compartments overlap each other,and the distance between the compartments and the equipment is very small.In view of the complex configuration layout of separators,the difficulty in accurately modeling separators,and the small separation safety distance,a separation safety envelope design method is proposed.The separation dynamics simulation analysis and in-orbit flight verification show that the proposed method is correct and meets the mission requirements.
