摘要
从施工企业的角度出发,主要从BIM应用对象分析和BIM应用落地点分析2个大方面对施工企业BIM如何落地进行分析。其中,BIM应用落地点分析又从常规应用点和专项应用点2个小方面分别进行阐述。通过本文分析,希望能激发行业BIM相关技术人员及施工管理人员深度挖掘BIM的价值点,让BIM真正为建设工程项目的施工管理,乃至在设计和运营各阶段发挥该有的作用。
From the perspective of construction enterprises,it mainly analyzes how BIM is applied in construction enterprises from two aspects,namely BIM application object analysis and BIM application site analysis.Among them,the analysis of BIM application location is elaborated from two aspects,namely,the conventional application point and the special application point.Through the analysis of this paper,it is hoped that BIM related technical personnel and construction management personnel in the industry can be inspired to deeply explore the value points of BIM,so that BIM can truly play its role in the construction management of construction projects,and even in all stages of design and operation.
