摘要
基于钻爆法施工隧洞开挖高风险的情况,对岩溶洞段、软岩洞段或断层、节理发育洞段,提出了掌子面塌方的预防手段,对超前支护的受力支护体系进行了解析,给出了超前注浆的典型布置方法。对已发生塌方的破碎掌子面,根据塌方成功处理以及某工程塌方扩大导致冒顶的实际工程经验,提出了防止塌方进一步扩大的注意事项,以及正确的应对措施。
Based on the high risk situation of tunnel excavation by drilling and blasting method,the prevention measures of face collapse are put forward for karst,soft rock or fault and jointed section,the stress support system of advance support is analyzed,and the typical layout method of advance grouting is given.According to the broken excavation face where collapse has occurred,the precautions for preventing further expansion of collapse and the correct countermeasures are put forward,which based on practical engineering experience of successful treatment and roof fall caused by the expansion of a project.
