摘要
以郑州市富水砂层某地铁出入段线区间联络通道兼泵房结构为背景,介绍冻结法在富水砂层地铁联络通道施工中的应用。结构采用初期支撑和二次衬砌支护。联络通道兼泵房采用冻结法形成冻土帷幕、矿山法开挖。冻结造孔复测压力、深度和偏斜满足设计要求,冻结孔分组合理,盐水流量和温度满足设计要求,冻结情况良好。通过测温孔、泄压孔发展数据计算,初判冻结壁交圈、探孔干燥无流水,表明冻结情况已达开挖条件,可进行试开挖。同期进行隧道内和地面监测,总体判定联络通道冻结、开挖施工期间的影响。
Taking the connection channel and pump room structure of a subway line in the water-rich sand layer in Zhengzhou as the background,the application of the freezing method in the construction of the water-rich sand layer subway connection channel is introduced.The connection channel and pump room adopt freezing method to form frozen soil curtain,mining method excavation.Freezing hole retest pressure,depth and skew meet design requirements,freezing hole grouping is reasonable,brine flow and temperature meet the design requirements,frozen situation is well.The development data of temperature measuring hole and pressure relief hole were calculated,it is concluded that the freezing wall intersecting circle and the probing hole are dry without running water,which indicates that the freezing condition has reached the excavation condition and the trial excavation can be carried out.Meanwhile,the tunnel and ground ae monitored to determine the impact of freezing and excavation of the connecting channel.
