摘要
在近年建成的高速公路预制装配式先简支后连续桥梁中,桥梁支座(多为板式橡胶支座、四氟滑板支座)因支安装质量不合格提前破坏,而导致运营期支座频繁更换甚至桥梁结构破坏的现象时有发生。而支座安装问题的发生很大程度上是由预制梁底楔形块(钢板)斜度不满足设计要求而导致支座顶面与梁底不能有效接触、受力不均匀引起的。预制梁底楔形块(钢板)斜度的形成看起来简单而易被忽视,实际上囿于当前预制梁施工工艺,要让一个普通公路梁场几十上百片且楔形块(钢板)设计斜度几乎都不完全相同的梁板楔形块(钢板)斜度满足设计要求,无论技术难度还是管理难度都相当大。探寻一种能够在梁板预制过程中,梁底楔形块(钢板)斜度精确形成的方法就显得尤为必要。
In the prefabricated simple-supported and continuous bridges built in recent years,bridge bearings(mostly slab rubber bearings and tetrafluoro sliding plate bearings)are damaged in advance because of the unqualified installation quality,which leads to frequent replacement of bearings and even the destruction of bridge structures during operation.The problem of support installation is largely caused by the non-effective contact between the top of the support and the bottom of the beam and the uneven stress caused by the wedge-shaped plate at the bottom of the precast beam which does not meet the design requirements.The formation of wedge-shaped slab(steel plate)slope of prefabricated beam bottom seems simple and easy to be neglected.In fact,due to the current construction technology of prefabricated beam,it is necessary to make the wedge-shaped slab(steel plate)slope of a common highway Beam Yard satisfy the design requirements,regardless of technology,with dozens of hundreds of pieces and almost different design slope of wedge-shaped slab(steel plate).The difficulty of skill or management is quite great.It is particularly necessary to find a method that can accurately form the slope of wedge block(steel plate)at the bottom of beam in the process of beam-slab prefabrication.
