摘要
在空间曲线异形主塔造型设计中,在上横梁下部位置往往需要设计装饰结构以协调主塔整体的空间立体感;装饰结构设计常见钢结构,安装简便,但在沿海高盐高湿环境中防腐要求高,且与混凝土存在色差,影响主塔整体外观,成桥运营后维护难度大、费用高;当装饰结构采用钢筋混凝土薄壁结构时,成桥运营后无需维护,但因其位于上横梁下部,施工空间上下交叉,其施工难度大,需科学合理的制定混凝土薄壁装饰结构施工方案。本文依托茂名市水东湾大桥项目,对其斜拉桥主塔上横梁下部混凝土薄壁装饰结构施工方案进行了比选优化,应用装配化吊架体系施工,降低了施工作业安全风险,提高了施工效率。
In the shape design of special-shaped main tower with spatial curve,decorative structure is often needed to coordinate the overall space stereoscopic feeling of the main tower at the lower part of the upper beam;steel structure is common in decorative structure design,which is easy to install,but requires high anticorrosion requirements in coastal high-salt and high-humidity environment,and there is color difference with concrete,which affects the overall appearance of the main tower.It is difficult to maintain the main tower after completion of the bridge operation,and the cost is high.When the decorative structure adopts the reinforced concrete thin-walled structure,it does not need to be maintained after the completion of the bridge operation,but because it is located at the lower part of the upper cross beam and the construction space is overlapping,its construction is difficult,so it is necessary to formulate a scientific and reasonable construction plan for the decorative structure of concrete thin-walled.Relying on the project of Shuidongwan Bridge in Maoming City,this paper compares and optimizes the construction schemes of the thin-walled decorative concrete structure of the upper and lower crossbeams of the main pylon of the cable-stayed bridge.The application of the assembled suspension system reduces the construction safety risks and improves the construction efficiency.
