摘要
为深入了解立轴冲击式破碎机转子在物料加速过程中的作业机理,建立了能够跟踪物料运动的转子模拟试验台,并结合离散元数值模拟方法对物料在转子内的运动过程进行了分析。研究结果表明,转子流道组件的布置方式、结构参数对物料的加速效果有直接影响;改变物料在流道内的运动距离或受力状态可以改变物料的抛射速度,而料衬形状直接影响物料加速过程中的受力状态。研究成果对提升转子加速效率、降低整机能耗具有一定指导意义。
To better understand the mechanism of vertical shaft impact crusher rotor,a test-bed which can track the movement of materials in rotor and a simulation system based on discrete element method have been established to analyze the process of speedup of particles.The research shows that the disposal and structural parameters of rotor assembly has a direct influence on the result of acceleration;the speed of the materials will be changed if the distance of movement and force act on materials has been changed,moreover the shape of material layers in rotor has an important impact on the force.The researches have certain significance to upgrade the efficiency of acceleration of rotor,and reduce energy consumption of machine.
