摘要
以杭州大悦城商业综合体为背景,将BIM技术与项目实施管理相结合。利用Revit模型建立3D模型,在模型的基础上,研究解决现场施工时的重难点。经项目应用结果分析,BIM技术对提高现场施工质量,加强现场安全管理,创造经济和社会效益有重要作用。
Based on the Hangzhou Joy City commercial complex,BIM technology is combined with project implementation management.Using the Revit model to build a 3D model,on the basis of the model,study and solve the difficult points in the field construction.Through the analysis of project application results,BIM technology plays an important role in improving on-site construction quality,strengthening on-site safety management,and creating economic and social benefits.
