摘要
为探讨CD-DF868浆料取代PVA浆料的可能性,以CD-DF868浆料、SFS浆料、PVA浆料为基础,配制了5种配方的浆液,并利用单纱浆纱机对14.5 tex纯棉纱进行上浆,测试了浆纱的强伸性、耐磨性和毛羽。结果显示,含有CDDF868浆料的浆液配方浆纱后增强率稍高于含有PVA浆料的增强率,而增磨率及毛羽降低率接近。结果表明,CDDF868浆料可部分取代PVA浆料,可为CD-DF868浆料的应用与推广提供研究基础。
In order to explore the possibilities of PVA sizes substituted by CD-DF868 sizes,five kinds of size liquors are prepared with CD-DF868 sizes,SFS sizes and PVA sizes.Then,14.5 tex cotton yarns are sized by the single sizing machine.The properties of the sized yarns including extensibility,the number of abrasion resistance and hairiness index are tested and analyzed.The results demonstrate that the enhancement rate of the yarns sized by the sizes containing CD-DF868 sizes is slightly higher than that of the sizes containing PVA sizes.Meanwhile,the increased rate of abrasion resistance and hairiness reduction rate are both close to each other.The results show that PVA sizes could be partially substituted by CD-DF868 sizes,and such a research could provide a basis on CD-DF868 sizes application.
