摘要
社会工作机构的功能发挥和发展壮大与其专业自主性息息相关。专业自主性不仅是区分社会工作与其他职业的重要标志,也是其职业权威、职业地位的重要保证。文章通过对社会工作机构专业自主性研究的理论脉络、经验探索和未来议题的分析,力图呈现该领域研究的整体图景。研究发现,社会工作机构的专业自主性研究路径分为专业能力导向和职业权力导向,而当前国内的研究大多将专业自主性概念进行拆分,分开论述机构的专业性和自主性。未来研究可以从建立科学的测量指标体系入手,对社会工作机构专业自主性的总体表现与影响机制进行深入分析,并通过跨区域的对比研究,为机构提升专业自主性提出相应建议。
The functioning and growth of social work organizations are closely related to their professional autonomy.Professional autonomy is not only an important symbol that distinguishes social work from other professions but also a crucial guarantee of its professional authority and status.This research aims to present a comprehensive overview of research in this field by analyzing the theoretical context,empirical exploration,and future issues regarding the professional autonomy in social work organizations.The research finds that study on the professional autonomy of social work organizations are divided into professional competency-oriented and professional power-oriented approaches.However,current domestic research tends to separate the concept of professional autonomy,discussing the professionalism and autonomy of organizations independently.Future research could start by establishing a scientific measurement index system,conducting in-depth analysis of the overall performance and influencing mechanisms of professional autonomy in social work organizations,and providing corresponding suggestions for enhancing professional autonomy through cross-regional comparative studies.
